Membership in the District 9 Healthcare Coalition is open to all entities or individuals that agree to work collaboratively on healthcare preparedness, mitigation, emergency response and recovery activities.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other healthcare entities and emergency preparedness officials throughout the district and state

• Participation in district hazard vulnerability assessments and threat and hazard identification risk assessments
